Opal Composer

Composer provides the full suite of image‑control tools for the Opal C1 webcam on macOS. Users can adjust white balance, tint, temperature, exposure, hue, saturation and brightness, and view zebra lines and histograms to fine‑tune lighting and avoid under‑ or over‑exposed areas. The interface includes both small and large preview modes, allowing precise framing while editing.

The software lets users create and store presets for different scenarios, add stickers, text, images, timers and background effects using built‑in segmentation models, and apply facial retouching, tone‑sync and pixelation filters. These personalization options support both casual and professional video calls.

Composer also functions as a companion app for recording and timing. It can capture video from the Opal C1 and the desktop simultaneously, record loops, and display an on‑screen timer to structure meetings. The application requires macOS Monterey 12.3 or later and is released as a stable, macOS‑only product.
