Podolski is a free virtual analogue synthesizer that emphasizes simplicity and low CPU usage. It provides a single oscillator with variable symmetry, glide, and PWM, together with a multimode filter that can operate as low‑pass, band‑pass, or high‑pass and includes drive and FM options. The instrument supports up to 16‑voice polyphony, mono and legato modes, and an arpeggiator/sequencer that can be synchronized to host tempo.

The synth includes two LFOs—one global and one per voice—with multiple waveforms and absolute or host‑synced timing, as well as four envelope configurations (ADSR/HDSR, linear or exponential) with separate rise/fall control for sustain. Built‑in effects comprise a stereo delay and a chorus/flanger module, and the user interface can be resized and skinned to suit different workflows.
