Poirot

Companion app for browsing Claude Code sessions, reviewing diffs, and rerunning commands.

Poirot is a native macOS application that lets developers inspect and manage Claude Code sessions through a SwiftUI interface. It parses the JSONL transcripts stored in the local Claude projects directory, presenting a timeline of conversations with markdown rendering, syntax‑highlighted code, and collapsible thinking blocks. Users can view detailed information about each tool invocation, including name, icon, file path, and result, as well as explore reusable skill modules, plugins, and sub‑agents configured for a project.

The app provides analytics such as token consumption, cost breakdowns, model distribution, and session trends, and it offers a fuzzy, Spotlight‑style search across sessions, commands, and file paths. Additional utilities include a debug log viewer, prompt history browser, and a TODO list per session, all accessible offline without login, tracking, or extra cost.

Designed for developers who work with Claude Code, Poirot consolidates session data, analytics, and configuration management into a single, lightweight (under 6 MB) tool, supporting macOS 15 and later and distributed under the MIT license.
