RomM
ROM manager for organizing, enriching, and playing retro games, with support for 400+ platforms.
RomM is a self‑hosted manager for retro game collections that scans a library, retrieves metadata and artwork from services such as IGDB, Screenscraper and MobyGames, and presents the information through a clean, responsive web interface. It supports custom tags, multiple naming schemes, and can handle multi‑disk titles, DLCs, mods, patches and manuals. Users can browse and launch games directly in the browser via EmulatorJS or RuffleRS, and achievements are displayed from RetroAchievements.
The platform covers more than 400 systems, allowing the same installation to serve a wide variety of retro and modern consoles. Integration points include official Playnite, Play Android and CFW apps, as well as community‑maintained desktop and handheld clients. Access controls let owners share limited‑permission views of their library with friends.
RomM is released under the AGPL‑3.0 license, runs without subscription fees, and can be deployed on any major operating system or via Docker. It is actively maintained, with a stable release series and a community forum for support and contributions.
