Integration features allow the AI to connect with external services such as Slack, Calendar, Notion, Asana, and Hubspot, enabling workflow automation without leaving the mailbox. Custom filters can be defined in plain English to label, star, archive, or otherwise process incoming mail automatically. Search capabilities use the AI to locate messages quickly and to extract information from team‑wide email archives and attachments.

Collaboration tools include real‑time shared threads, private comments, and the ability to assign next steps to teammates. The client also supports bulk triage through bundles, splitting the inbox into tabs for focused work, and scheduling email receipt to reduce interruptions.
