Slotix provides a web‑based booking page that lets users define meeting types, set working hours, and share a link for clients to select appointments. The service synchronizes availability in real time with CalDAV, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook, preventing double bookings. When a slot is chosen, the system can generate a video‑conference link from Infomaniak kMeet, Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, and it sends automatic email confirmations and cancellation notices to both parties.

The platform supports custom branding, allowing a logo, colour scheme, and email templates to reflect the user’s identity. Booking pages are offered in English, French, and German, and users can configure buffer times and date‑specific overrides to control when appointments may be booked.

A free tier includes a single booking page, calendar sync, and email notifications, while Pro and Business plans add unlimited meeting types, advanced branding, and video‑room integration. Plans are month‑to‑month with a 14‑day trial of premium features and no required credit card.
