The app lets iOS users log gym sets with a single tap, automatically pre‑filling weight and reps from the previous session. Users can create custom routines from a large exercise library, including split patterns such as push/pull/legs or upper/lower. Each workout is recorded and stored in iCloud, providing a complete history and advanced volume analytics that display tonnage per exercise over time.

A built‑in rest timer runs as a Live Activity on the lock screen and in Dynamic Island, allowing lifters to see, skip, or adjust the timer without unlocking the device. The timer starts automatically after confirming a set, keeping rest periods visible at a glance.

The software tracks personal records, celebrates new PRs, and presents analytics via Swift Charts. It operates without an account, social feeds, or AI coaching, and offers a subscription to unlock full logging, PR tracking, and analytics while keeping the core experience lightweight and focused on lifting.
