Wolog provides a focused workout‑logging experience on iPhone and Apple Watch, offering a library of more than 400 exercises with animated demonstrations and the ability to add custom movements. Users can record sets, reps, and weights with a single tap, view their previous numbers inline, and organize exercises into supersets with automatic rest timers and haptic alerts on the Watch. The app also supports one‑tap routines that preload favorite workouts and retain the latest weight and rep values.

After each session, Wolog presents a concise summary that includes a visual breakdown of muscle groups, total duration, and a chart of personal records. It tracks strength gains, weekly volume per muscle group, and estimates one‑rep maxes, allowing users to monitor progress and spot imbalances over time. Data synchronises between iPhone and Apple Watch, and Live Activities keep the current workout visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island without unlocking the device.

The design emphasizes minimalism: there are no ads, no mandatory subscription, and no required account unless the user chooses cloud sync. Built with SwiftUI, the app aims to let users log lifts quickly and return to training without additional social or engagement features.
