Termix
Clientless web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities.
Termix is a self‑hosted, open‑source platform that consolidates a range of server‑administration tools into a single web‑based interface. It offers a full‑featured SSH terminal with split‑screen panels and tab management, remote desktop access via RDP, VNC and Telnet, and the ability to create and monitor SSH tunnels with automatic reconnection. File management is performed directly on remote hosts, supporting editing of code, images, audio and video, while Docker containers can be started, stopped, paused, removed and inspected through integrated controls.
The system includes a host and credential manager that organizes connections with tags and folders, automates SSH key deployment, and provides role‑based access control with OIDC, two‑factor authentication and session monitoring. Server statistics such as CPU, memory, disk usage, network activity and uptime are displayed on a dashboard, and all backend data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database with import/export capabilities.
Termix is distributed under the Apache‑2.0 license, runs on Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile platforms, and presents a responsive UI built with React and Tailwind CSS. It is free to use without subscription and is positioned as a clientless alternative to commercial server‑management solutions.
