TextStow records every item placed on the macOS clipboard—text, images, and files—and stores them locally for up to 30 days. Users can browse the history in reverse chronological order, filter by type, time, or source application, and retrieve items instantly with a double‑tap gesture. The tool also lets users bookmark frequently used content, organizing it with categories, tags, and usage statistics, so that templates, code snippets, or signatures are always a single click away.

In addition to storage, TextStow includes a toolbox of more than thirty built‑in text‑processing utilities. These functions clean whitespace, format JSON, repair PDF‑derived text, encode or decode Base64, and perform other common transformations without requiring external programs or internet services. All operations are performed locally, preserving privacy and avoiding subscriptions.
