TidGi

TidGi is a desktop application that lets users create and manage personal knowledge bases using the TiddlyWiki engine running on Node.js. It supports local note taking, GTD‑style organization, and fragment‑level knowledge management, while integrating a collection of community‑maintained TiddlyWiki plugins for extended functionality.

The app treats a Git repository as its backup manager, enabling users to clone, sync, and version their wikis through standard Git workflows. It also includes a blogging platform, allowing the same content to be published as a web‑accessible site.

Designed primarily for macOS (with builds for Windows as well), TidGi is free and open source under the MPL 2.0 license, giving users full ownership of their data and the ability to customize the environment with additional plugins or code snippets.
