The app presents a single guided activity each day, chosen from up to three user‑selected tracks such as meditation, running, home workouts, or short‑story reading. Sessions last between five and thirty minutes, after which the app is closed. No infinite feeds, autoplay, or social features appear; the focus is purely on completing the daily task.

Consistency is encouraged through streak tracking that pauses rather than resets when a day is missed, and users receive three “freeze” days per week to protect their streaks without penalty. An anti‑cheat timer ensures the activity is actually performed, and the interface is designed for minimal friction: sign‑in, pick tracks, and start the session.

The experience is private by default, with no followers, likes, or leaderboards, and it aims to replace doomscrolling with brief, repeatable actions that build habits over time.
