VIDI is a web‑based tool that lets small businesses, freelancers and founders upload a contract in PDF form and receive an automated analysis of potential legal risks. The service scans each clause, assigns a risk score, and highlights issues such as automatic renewal terms, missing provisions or costly obligations. For every identified risk it provides a plain‑English explanation and, when possible, a suggested safer version of the clause.

The workflow consists of three steps: drag‑and‑drop the document, run the AI‑powered analysis, and then review the summary, risk score and highlighted sections. Users can download a full report that includes a contract type classification, a concise summary and a list of what could go wrong, helping them decide whether to negotiate or accept the terms.

VIDI targets organizations that regularly sign NDAs, SaaS agreements, service contracts, leases and vendor contracts, offering an inexpensive alternative to high‑cost legal review by delivering quick, understandable insights into how a contract might cost the signatory.
