Yakit
Cybersecurity platform
Yakit provides an interactive graphical client that drives a gRPC‑based security engine built on the CyberSecurity Domain Specific Language (CDSL). The platform lets users launch and control security capabilities such as a full‑featured MITM proxy, passive scanning, and dynamic traffic manipulation without writing code, while also supporting custom Yaklang scripts and plugins for deeper automation. Its architecture separates the GUI from the underlying engine, allowing local or remote deployment on macOS.
The MITM module replaces typical proxy tools, offering certificate handling, request/response interception, history tracking, and seamless integration with a visual Web Fuzzer. The Web Fuzzer uses “Fuzztag” syntax to generate payloads for host collisions, intruder‑style attacks, directory brute‑forcing, and can incorporate external dictionaries or on‑the‑fly Yakscript data generation. Additional features include a port‑protocol reuse mechanism that multiplexes multiple service protocols on a single listening port, reducing resource usage during exploitation workflows.
Yakit targets security professionals and penetration testers who need an extensible, GUI‑driven environment for web application testing, traffic replay, and custom scripting, while maintaining compatibility with existing tools through its plugin marketplace.
