Contour

Contour is a terminal emulator designed for power users who want a modern, feature‑rich environment on macOS and other platforms. It provides GPU‑accelerated rendering, high‑DPI support, and full Unicode handling, including emoji, ligatures, and grapheme clusters. The emulator offers typical terminal capabilities such as tabs, true‑color output, and customizable key bindings, while also adding advanced features like vi‑style input modes, vertical line markers for quick navigation, and blurred or image backgrounds.

The application supports a range of VT extensions, enabling synchronized rendering, text reflow, clickable hyperlinks, clipboard access via OSC 52, sixel inline images, and buffer capture.
