Local photo manager for browsing and organizing personal media libraries offline.

An open‑source desktop application runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux, letting users browse and organize personal photo and video collections entirely offline. It works directly with existing folder structures, avoiding any import step, and supports modern image formats such as WebP, HEIC/HEIF, AVIF, JPEG XL, as a wide range of RAW files. Video playback is handled across common codecs, and the interface offers filtering by date, location, camera metadata, tags, ratings, and experimental face clustering.

The tool provides local AI‑driven search, similar‑image matching, and smart tag generation, all performed on the user’s machine to keep data private. Users can manage multiple libraries, locate duplicate files, and perform basic in‑place edits like cropping, rotating, and resizing. Filesystem‑aware operations keep folders synchronized, and batch actions move unwanted copies to trash.

Designed for large personal archives, the application aims for smooth performance with libraries exceeding hundreds of thousands of files. It is free to use, requires no cloud services, and its source can be built from Node.js, pnpm, and Rust toolchains.
