LubeLogger
Web-based vehicle maintenance and fuel mileage tracker.
LubeLogger is a self‑hosted web application for recording vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption and related expenses. It stores data locally using LiteDB or PostgreSQL, and presents dashboards that summarize costs by year, month and category, as well as fuel‑economy metrics in multiple units such as MPG, UK MPG, L/100KM and KM/L. Users can create to‑do lists for service tasks, set recurring reminders based on date or odometer readings, and attach supporting documents like invoices or receipts.
The system supports multiple users, custom fields, CSV import/export and an API for integration with other tools. It also includes professional‑grade reports, a planner view for upcoming work, and optional single sign‑on. The interface relies on Bootstrap, Chart.js and other client‑side libraries to provide interactive charts and date pickers.
LubeLogger is distributed under the MIT license and can be run from a Docker image, a Windows executable, or via a Helm chart for Kubernetes. All components are open source and free to use without subscription.
