Notifications are sent before warranties expire through email or a wide range of push services via Apprise, and the platform supports multi‑user accounts with role‑based permissions, single sign‑on (OIDC) for providers like Google, GitHub, and Keycloak, and password‑reset tokens. It also integrates with Paperless‑ngx for document management and includes internationalization for currencies, date formats, and multilingual UI.
