Ombi
Content request system for Plex/Emby, connects to SickRage, CouchPotato, Sonarr, with a growing feature set.
Ombi provides a self‑hosted request portal for Plex and Emby users, letting them submit movies, TV shows, music, individual episodes or whole seasons. The system syncs with the media server to show availability, prevents duplicate requests, and updates request status when content becomes accessible. Users are managed through Plex, Emby or local accounts, and the interface is responsive and mobile‑friendly.
When a request is made, Ombi can automatically forward it to integrated download managers such as Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, CouchPotato, or SickRage, optionally applying approval rules for specific users. It also supports customizable notifications through various channels to keep requesters informed of progress and completion.
The project is open‑source under GPL‑2.0, runs on Windows, macOS, Linux and Docker, and includes native iOS and Android apps for on‑the‑go access. It is maintained by a community of contributors and offers a stable, free‑tier experience without subscription requirements.
