SaneClick
Finder extension that adds right-click actions for file tasks, conversion, and developer tools.
The extension adds a set of context‑menu actions directly to the macOS Finder, letting users perform common file operations without leaving the file browser. Built‑in actions include copying a file’s path, opening a terminal at the file’s location, and duplicating items with timestamped names, as well as utilities for renaming, sorting, and organizing folders.
A collection of 53 actions is grouped into five categories that cover image and media handling, coding‑related tasks, and advanced operations such as hashing, compression, and archive creation. Users can invoke image resizing, format conversion, and other media cleanup steps, as well as development helpers for Git, JSON, and diff processing, all from a right‑click.
The extension is open‑source, runs entirely on‑device, and offers a free tier with the essential scripts. A paid one‑time upgrade unlocks the full set of actions and a custom script editor, while still preserving the same on‑device privacy model and without subscription requirements.
