qBittorrent Enhanced Edition

qBittorrent Enhanced Edition is a BitTorrent client written in C++ with Qt, built on the libtorrent library. It offers the standard functionality of a torrent downloader, including Unicode support, fast and stable operation, and the ability to resolve peer countries using the free IP‑to‑Country Lite database under a Creative Commons license.

The edition adds several auto‑ban features: it can block peers from services such as Xunlei, QQ, Baidu, Xfplay, DLBT and Offline downloader, and optionally ban unknown Chinese peers or BitTorrent Media Player peers. Users may also configure peer whitelists and blacklists to control connections.

The software is distributed for multiple platforms, with AppImage packages for Linux, Homebrew for macOS, and installers via winget, Chocolatey, and Scoop for Windows. Installation instructions and package repositories are provided for major Linux distributions, openSUSE, Ubuntu, and other environments.
