It lets staff manage door admissions, track ticket sales and bar spend, and attribute revenue to individual promoters, all from a single interface that works across multiple locations. The system records each guest’s entry, builds a persistent identity linked to a QR code in the guest’s wallet, and aggregates metrics such as admission rate, spend per guest, and top drinks.

Venue operators can use the dashboard to monitor real‑time capacity, see which promoters are driving attendance, and run growth campaigns with auto‑generated guest segments. Promoters receive their own command centre to manage guest lists, set pricing, and receive payouts based on actual admissions.
