ishare is a screen‑capture utility for macOS that lets users quickly take screenshots, record video, or create GIFs from any portion of the display, individual windows, or the entire screen. It supports custom region selection, window capture, and full‑display snapshots, as well as video and GIF recording with adjustable codecs and compression settings.

The application includes built‑in uploading options, offering an automatic Imgur uploader and the ability to define custom destinations via a JSON‑based configuration file. Users can tailor the workflow with custom keybindings, preferred file formats, naming schemes, save locations, and exclusion lists for specific applications.
