VidPrompter is a mobile application that combines a scrolling teleprompter with a built‑in camera, allowing users to read a script while recording video in a single session. The app lets users write or paste text, adjust scroll speed, font size, colors, and margins, and preview the display before starting. During recording, the script scrolls automatically and the camera feed appears in a picture‑in‑picture preview, eliminating the need to switch between separate teleprompter and camera apps.

The software stores scripts locally, offering a personal library that can be edited and organized without requiring an account or internet connection. All core functionalities—including auto‑scrolling, camera recording, and display customization—operate offline and keep user data private on the device. A Pro upgrade is optional for additional customization, while the basic feature set remains free.
